This experience immerses you in the American Civil War’s first great battle. Along the banks of Bull Run and close-by a critical rail junction, First Manassas was the place where two untested armies clashed on July 21st, 1861. The result was the largest battle in North American history to-date.

The carnage would shock the country and bring an end to the nation’s innocence as the warring states were forced to confront the harsh reality of civil war.
